Trump declares Biden’s pardons void and vacant

On Sunday, President Donald Trump declared the pardons issued by Joe Biden “void and vacant” after it was revealed that they had been signed by autopen.
In January, the Biden administration granted blanket pardons to former National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director Anthony Fauci, former Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Mark Milley, and all the members of the January 6th Committee. But an analysis from the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project found that all pardons—along with many other official documents—were signed by the presidential autopen rather than Biden’s hand.
“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!”
“The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden,” Trump continued. “He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime.”
“Therefore, those on the [January 6th] Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!” Trump added.
On Friday, the New York Post reported hearing from White House sources that a “key aide” in the Biden administration usurped presidential authority to liberally sign documents with the autopen:
The Biden aide, who did not respond to requests for comment, would frequently make mention of what “the boss” wanted, the source said, but compatriots would have “no idea” if it was true because the internal culture was to not ask questions.
“I feared no one as much as I feared that [staffer]. To me, [the staffer] basically was the president,” the person said. “No one ever questioned [the staffer]. Period.”
“Everyone” was suspicious of this individual exceeding their authority when claiming to speak for the president, the source said. “But no one would actually say it.”
Any criminal charges the Department of Justice brings against those who received pardons are likely to turn into a heated legal battle that could have the potential to backfire on the Trump administration before being finally adjudicated at the Supreme Court. Left-wing activist judges have been interfering in Trump’s executive orders and actions, preventing the president from carrying out his presidential duties.
Who was pardoned?
Many individuals received pardons from the Biden administration, including Biden’s son Hunter. Six criminals received pardons from the White House in December 2022 while Biden was vacationing in the Virgin Islands. The day Biden left office, last-minute pardons were issued for Anthony Fauci, Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley (Ret.), and all the members of the January 6th Committee.
Fauci was the lead architect of the federal government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which included devastating lockdowns, isolation, social distancing, forced masking, and forced experimental vaccination. Despite his repeated claims that they were, none of these measures were based on sound science. This caused a historic public distrust in the medical establishment.
Milley tried to undermine Trump’s presidency as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. By his own admission, he secretly assured the Chinese Communist Party he would warn them before any US attack. On January 8th, 2021, he wrested control of the government from Trump by secretly ordering senior Pentagon officials to refuse presidential orders without his own approval.
The January 6th Committee weaponized congressional power to violate the civil rights of thousands of Americans who were present at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Committee members fabricated evidence and suppressed exculpatory footage from the protest to vilify President Trump and his supporters.
