'The most important issue that's getting the least amount of attention relative to its importance in our country' - Rep. Bob Good
UN plans to become international governing body
This weekend, September 22nd to 23rd, the UN will attempt to undermine the sovereignty of the United States and other nations by pushing forward its "Pact for the Future." Congressman Bob Good, at a press conference (video below) which he organized along with Congressman Ralph Norman, described it as follows:
The most important issue that's getting the least amount of attention relative to its importance in our country, and like many other issues we're going to be deciding on November five, what kind of a country we're going to be, and it applies to this issue as well. . . .
Later this week the UN is going to hold a, quote, Summit for the Future, and they're going to produce, this is right from their website, an intergovernmental negotiated action-oriented Pact for the Future with a chapter on transforming global governance. Ascending beyond the powers being sought by its subordinate agency, the WHO, the UN is seeking even broader and more powerful authority. . .
The Biden-Harris Administration apparently intends to fully support the surrender and compliance of the US to the UN, and these endeavors, they are aligned with, aligned with the international globalists that hate America, that hate the Constitution, that hate our founders, that hate our founding Judeo-Christian principles, and they want America to become like the rest of the world.
They don't want us to be subordinate to, or governed by our Constitution. No, they want America to be subordinate to, and governed by the UN, the World Health Assembly, and the WHO. And, in fact, they intend to join with others at the UN Summit this week, to vote to award additional powers to the UN Secretary-General. They seek to facilitate the evolution of the UN from an international cooperative body to an international governing body.
US would become subservient to China-captured agency
Congressman Norman was very clear about the danger posed by this pact, as the agency is "owned" by the Chinese.
The "Summit of the Future" will happen on September 22nd, 23rd, and folks, what that will do is cede America's authority, America's sovereignty to basically China. China is defined as a developing country. It is the number two economy behind America, it's not developing. It will cede our decision-making ability to China. That's what you need to know.
The UN secretary general, he continued, wants to have sole authority to respond to future "complex global shocks," as the UN's March 2024 policy brief stated:
"I propose that the general assembly provide the Secretary-General and the United Nations system standing authority to convene and operationalize automatically an emergency plant form in the event of a future complex global shock of sufficient scale."
No discussion or debate
Two speakers at the press conference, Frank Gaffney and Reggie Littlejohn, Esq., founded the Sovereignty Coalition which held a summit on September 16th, to raise awareness of the dangers posed by the UN's power grab. During the summit, Littlejohn explained that the pact would be ratified not by discussion and deliberation and transparency, but by lack of objection.
The United Nations now has proposed something that is equally dangerous [to the WHO's Pandemic Treaty]. That is coming up this week, the Pact for the Future . . . procedurally, it is being handled under something called the "silence procedure." Now, the United Nations passed that they would be using the silence procedure during Covid because they would not be able to meet.
The silence procedure just enables a committee to come to a consensus about something and then submit it to the silence procedure, where the United Nations will get it out to the 194 member states, and, if nobody objects within 72 hours or whatever deadline they set, then it is adopted. Adopted. There's no discussion in the United Nations. There's no discussion internationally. It's just adopted. So they have put the pact for the future under the science procedure and, and its two annexes. Some of these have had the silence broken. We are not sure exactly which ones.
US government officials in the dark about the UN's plans
Littlejohn explains that, if not defeated, the pact would give the UN Secretary-General total authority over most anything that can happen on earth.
And this whole protocol that they have not defined is going to roll into place automatically, with no debate among the nations. And these complex global shocks . . . they define them in this policy brief as anything [that] has to do with climate change, future pandemics, biological warfare agents disruption of the global flow of good people or finance. So financial disruption, internet disruption, grid going down, a major event in outer space. Alright. And then an unforeseen black swan event.
So that basically covers everything that can happen on planet Earth and that this will operationalize automatically.
Stopping the United States from signing on to the pact depends on apprising state officials of what's happening and citizens taking a clear stand against giving away the country's sovereignty to this global entity.
And the only way that we can stop it is to get the word out. Number one, people don't know about it. Our leaders do not even know that this is happening. And the best thing that you can do is go onto the sovereignty coalition and go onto the Alline act and, and, and send an email and call your representatives to alert them to the fact that this is happening this week and that we need to take a stand against it urgently.
US citizens must take a stand November 5th
In advance of the press conference, Frank Gaffney laid out, in the voice message below, what's at stake for America and the importance of sovereignty as an election issue:
