German court orders Holocaust survivor forcibly vaccinated
A Stuttgart court has ordered authorities to forcibly inject 85-year-old Holocaust survivor Inna Zhvanetskaya with the COVID-19 shots and commit her to a mental health facility, according to German publication Report24.
Though there is no longer a vaccine mandate in Germany, the court order issued last month directed German authorities to enter Zhvanetskaya’s apartment and commit her to a psychiatric ward on January 11, 2023, where she was to be injected twice with the COVID-19 vaccine “for her own good” and held until December 2024 at the latest. According to a translation of court documents by France’s News 24, the court has justified its decision by diagnosing Zhvanetskaya with narcissism, egomania, logorrhea, dementia, obesity, heart disease, and an obsession with music.
“She's completely caught up in her compositions and so busy with the music that it's impossible to have a meaningful conversation with her,” says the court order.
Zhvanetskaya, who is about to turn 86, survived the Holocaust in her native Ukraine as a child, then moved to Russia where she became an international musical sensation. After writing at least two operas and several sonatas and symphonies, she was crowned Woman of the Year in 1992 by Cambridge Biographical Center (UK).
The Holocaust survivor has reportedly fled to an undisclosed location following the court order, where she made a video in German showing her of sound mind, according to Report24.
Report24 also notes that it is unclear what led to the court’s decision, though it appears to have been orchestrated by her caregiver.
Alternative for Germany (AfD) Party Health Policy Coordinator Martin Sichert said in a statement he filed a lawsuit against the judge who issued the order and Zhvanetskaya’s caregiver.
Nobody should be forced against their will to take part in a medical experiment – of any kind, not even corona gene therapy – especially not vulnerable people undergoing psychiatric treatment. Article 2 of the Basic Law protects the right to physical integrity. This right is taken away from the elderly woman. The fact that Inna Zhvanetskaya is also a Holocaust survivor makes this case even more outrageous. Our parliamentary group has been calling for the abolition of all compulsory corona measures for months and has successfully prevented a general obligation to vaccinate. Therefore, today I filed a complaint against the presiding judge and the caregiver of Mrs. Zhvanetskaya.
Zhvanetskaya’s attorney has reportedly convinced a regional court to suspend the forced vaccination pending further resolution, though the woman may still be institutionalized.
