Basketball player who attributed ailments to COVID-19 vaccine dies of heart attack

28-year-old professional Dominican basketball player Oscar Cabrera Adames died last Thursday after suffering a heart attack.

In December 2021, Cabrera fainted during a Spanish Amateur Basketball League game. Since then Cabrera was not able to play while doctors performed tests. He continued to exercise to stay in shape.

Cabrera shared the details of that incident on his social media expressing his anger at what had happened, blaming the two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine he had received for his ailment, “I got a damn Myocarditis from taking a f***ing vaccine. (I got 2 doses of Pfizer) And I knew it! Many people warned me,” he wrote.

In his comment, he pointed out that he was a professional athlete and had no health problems, but he suddenly collapsed in the middle of the game, "I almost died," he told his followers.

“A fully healthy first-class athlete, now I've been screwed over the damn f***ing vaccine. Don't take it, there are people that nothing happens to them but others do! It is like playing Russian roulette”.

According to Cabrera, they had carried out eleven different cardiology tests in one of the best hospitals in Spain, but the doctors found nothing. According to the tests he had a healthy level of body fat, "they tell me that I will not be able to play for at least 5 months until my heart goes down again and they can't give me medicine, and you know why? Because they can't find the damn cause of myocarditis!”

Last week, during a stress test, Cabrera fainted and did not wake up again. The athlete was part of Cantbasket 04 Santander, a Spanish basketball club, who mourned his death through a statement on their website.

Cabrera had played in different teams both in his homeland and in international leagues, he was the nephew of Hugo Cabrera, also a legendary basketball player.

Despite existing evidence that COVID-19 vaccine is directly correlated to a 25% increase in cardiac events in healthy people under 40, mainstream media reported that Cabrera's death – from heart problems – is not related to COVID-19 vaccines. “Pfizer is aware of rare reports of myocarditis and pericarditis in recipients of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. Hundreds of millions people globally have been vaccinated with the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and a causal link to the vaccine has not been established”, a spokesperson for Pfizer told Newsweek.

“Many selfish people who don't know what to do with their life will say that they took it [the vaccine] and nothing happened to them. Well, thank God and pray for those who have been harmed," Cabrera said.
